The Z30 serves as the primary point-of-sale terminal; the 1002L functions as a secondary, customer-facing display for transaction review, digital signatures, and loyalty program interaction. Elo Z30 POS Terminal Specifications The Elo Z30 has a 15.6" Full HD display with 10-point PCAP touch technology. It runs on a Rockchip RK3399 6-core processor with 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of storage. The terminal ships with Android 12, is compatible with OS 360 enrollment, and can be upgraded to Android 14. It also supports EloView for remote content management. For connectivity, the Z30 includes four USB-A 3.0 ports, an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port, and a USB-C port that handles both DisplayPort video and power. It supports Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac) and Bluetooth 5.0. Power consumption is around 18W with the customer-facing display attached, and the unit weighs 9.6 lbs. The 1002L connects over a single USB-C cable that carries video, touch data, and power together. For terminals without USB-C, it can also connect using HDMI or VGA along with a separate USB cable for touch input. The display has an IK05 impact rating and an IPX1 moisture-resistant front panel, and features a zero-bezel design with edge-to-edge anti-glare glass.
